Package the item securely and ship it using the provided label or instructions.
The following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
For defective items or if we sent the wrong item, return shipping is free. For returns due to change of mind or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Items damaged during return shipping might not be eligible for a full refund. Please package returns securely to prevent damage during transit.
